We want you to be happy with the products you purchase from us. We understand that you may have ordered something that is just not right for you. We are unable to take returns on oils, creams, lotions, gels or other items that can cross contaminate. Other items such as massage tables and chairs we ask they be returned in unused resellable condition. All returns will be processed the day they arrive to our store. Shipping is nonrefundable.
